Let only
We’ll find you a tenant, handle referencing, set up the tenancy agreement, and arrange check-in. We’ll collect the first month’s rent (minus our fee), then it’s over to you to manage the property and liaise with your tenants.


Full management
We take care of everything, from tenant communication to property inspections, safety checks, and maintenance. We’ll collect rent each month, deduct fees and any costs, and send you the rest. This option is perfect for busy landlords, portfolio owners, or those living abroad.
